  2. Scroll down to “Business Settings”.  Click on “security” 
  3.  In security, click on  “Masking Customer Contacts” 
  4.  Enable the option “Mask customer phone numbers and email addresses for  all staff.” 

By enabling this, your managers and staff will be able to view and access all information, but the customer contact details remain hidden.

To grant data visibility to specific staff members, follow these steps:

The data visibility granting process refers to the steps involved in providing access to specific staff members to view customer data .This process helps maintain data privacy and security while enabling authorized staff members to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

  1. Access the “Data Visibility Override Control for Staff” in the “Security” section.
  2. In this section, you will see a list of staff members with login access.(note 
  3.  Make sure to provide login access to the staff members before they appear in this list)
  4. Select the staff members who should have access to customer details.
  5. Click the “Save” button to apply the changes.

To disable the masking feature:

If you prefer not to have this feature enabled, you have the option to disable it. 

  1. Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side. 
  2. Scroll down to “Business Settings”.  Click on “Security” 
  3. In security, click on  “Masking Customer Contacts” 
  4. Disable the option “Mask customer phone numbers and email addresses for  all staff.”

Now, your managers and staff will have the authority to view both general information and customer contact details.
